Onion Buchimgae (Korean Pancake)
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
1 onion
1 egg
Chopped scallions, as needed
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Salt, as needed

4 tablespoons potato starch
50g shredded cheese
2 tablespoons water

PREPARATION
1. Peel and slice the onion thinly.
2. Mix the onion slices (1), all of the ingredients A, chopped scallions, and the egg in a bow.
3. Heat the sesame oil in pan on medium heat. Spread (2) on the pan. Flip when the bottom of the pancake is nicely golden. Cook with a lid on for 1 minute.
4. Enjoy!
