Peanut Butter and Jam Double French Toast
Serves 1

INGREDIENTS
A:
2 eggs
60ml milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
A pinch of salt
2 slices of bread (6 slices)
10g butter
1 teaspoon salad oil
Strawberry jam, to taste
Peanut cream, to taste

PREPARATION
1. Mix the ingredients listed under A to make the French toast mixture.
2. Spread strawberry jam and peanut cream on two slices of bread. Then, stack the slices together and soak them in the mixture from step 1.
3. In a frying pan over low heat, add salad oil and butter. Once the butter has melted, add the soaked bread from step 2.
4. Cook until both sides have a golden brown color, and your Peanut Butter and Jam Double French Toast is ready to serve!
5. Enjoy!
