Thaw the pastry sheet in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Brush water on the sheet and dust with granulated sugar. With a rolling pin, roll out the sheet.2. Cut the sheet into halves. Brush water on the half sheet and layer another half on it. Cut again into halves and then brush water and layer. Slice them into 10mm strips. Cut off of the both endings and cut horizontally into halves.3. Place them one by one on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven (preheated to 180C/ 356F) for 15 minutes. Let them cool.4. Melt each chocolate in different bowls. Dip the pastry (3) in the chocolate and decorate as you like.5.
