Paper thin Popiah skin made by hand Hup Kiat Traditional Popiah Skin () SG Hawker Food

Currently helmed by the 3rd generation, Mr Leow has been hand making popiah skin for 50 years. The business began at Club Street in 1930s by his grandfather, and in 1986, it was shifted to Havelock.

Other than the traditional handmade Popiah skin, the stall also offers ready-to-wrap Popiah sets well packed with ingredients and sauces. Customers just need to heat up the sets their own, and enjoy the joy of wrapping their own Popiah.

It's a blessing that the 4th generation will eventually take over the business and keep the treasured tradition alive.
