Pastries with Mochi
Servings: 3

INGREDIENTS
3 dango mochi sticks (mochi dumplings on a stick)
1 frozen puff pastry sheet
1 egg yolk (to make an egg wash)

PREPARATION
1. Thaw the frozen puff pastry sheet at room temperature. Cut it into 6 equal pieces
and roll them out. With a fork, pierce each piece. Make a slit on three of them.
2. Remove dango from sticks. Place them on 3 of the pastry pieces and layer the
rest of them (with slit) on top. Using the fork, press the edges down to close.
3. Brush the egg wash on top of each pastry (2). Bake in the toaster oven until
golden.
4. Enjoy!
