Penguin Chocolate Marshmallows

INGREDIENTS
6 marshmallows
100g milk chocolate
6 marble chocolates
chocolate pen (brown), as needed

PREPARATION
1. Place the milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl and melt it using a double boiler.
2. Coat the marshmallows with (1) to create a penguin pattern.
3. Make a slit in the center of each marshmallow with kitchen scissors and insert a chocolate to create the beaks.
4. Draw eyes with a chocolate pen.
5. Enjoy!
