Pickled Cucumber Rolls
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
4 cucumbers
1/2 teaspoon salt

A
1 tablespoon gochujang
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
White sesame seeds, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Cut off both ends of all cucumbers. With a peeler, slice the cucumbers. Season with salt and rest for 15 minutes. Rinse with water and pat dry with paper towels.
2. Layer two cucumber slices and roll them together. Place cucumber rolls in a container.
3. Mix all of the ingredientsA in a bowl. Pour into the container (2). Rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
