Pinwheel Swirl Cookies
Servings: 6

INGREDIENTS
Plain Dough
A
30g granulated sugar
25g butter (at room temperature)

1/2 egg
60g cake flour

Cocoa Dough
B
30g granulated sugar
25g butter (at room temperature)

1/2 egg
50g cake flour
10g cocoa powder

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, combine A and mix well. Add egg and cake flour in sequence and mix. Shape into 1cm balls.
2. In another bowl, combine B and mix well. Add egg, cake flour, and cocoa powder in sequence and mix. Shape into 1cm balls.
3. Connect and shape balls from (1) and (2) alternately into a ring shape. Roll the dough with your palm on a cutting board to create a swirl pattern and flatten it.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the shaped cookies from (3) with space in between. Bake in a preheated oven at 160C for 15 minutes.
5. Enjoy!

Please use parchment paper suitable for use in temperatures up to 160C for 15 minutes.
