Potato Duck

INGREDIENTS
300g potatoes

A
2 tablespoons grated cheese
1 tablespoon potato starch
1 tablespoon milk
1/3 teaspoon salt
Pepper, as needed

Vegetable oil (for frying), as needed

PREPARATION
1. Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces.
2. Put potatoes (1) in a heat-proof bowl. Cover with a food wrap. Microwave for about 6 minutes (or until soften) at 600W.
3. Mash the potatoes while hot. Add all of the ingredients A and mix well.
4. Shape the mashed potato (3) into a chick (or a duck) shape. Fry in the oil (170C/ 338F) until golden.
5. Enjoy!
