A must try recipe.PRAWNS DO PYAZAIngredients400 grams medium prawns, shelled and deveined2 medium onions, finely chopped2 tablespoons mustard oil1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste2 medium tomatoes, finely choppedSalt to taste¼ teaspoon turmeric powder1½ teaspoons red chilli powder1 medium onion, cut into cubes and layers separated1-2 green chillies, slit1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leavesRotis for servingPickle for servingMethod1. Heat mustard oil in a non-stick pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute. 2. Add chopped onions and sauté on high heat till golden brown. Add tomatoes and sauté for 1-2 minutes or till oil separates.3. Add prawns, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder and mix well.4. Sprinkle some water on top, mix and cook for 1 minute. Reduce heat and cook for 4-5 minutes.5. Add onion cubes and green chillies, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add coriander leaves and mix well.6.
