Puff Pastry Tree with Bacon
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
1 frozen puff pastry sheet (at room temperature)
4 slices bacon
1 tablespoons pesto sauce
1 egg yolk
4 cherry tomatoes

PREPARATION
1. With a rolling pin, roll out the puff pastry sheet. Cut vertically into 4 strips.
2. Spread the pesto sauce on strips (1) and place a bacon slice (cut vertically to fit
within the strip).
3. Fold (2) into layers to make a tree shape. Insert a wooden stick. Apply some egg
wash on the surface.
4. Place (3) on a baking tray. Bake in the toaster oven until golden. Put the cherry
tomato on the stick.
5. Enjoy!
