Pui Shaker Chorchori Recipe | Bengali Veg Recipes | Pui Saag Chorchori | Pui Saag RecipeIngredients: • 250gm malabar Spinach/ Pui Shaag• Mustard oil 4 TBSP• 10 Bari• 1 1/2 TSP punchfuran an • 1 cup diced pumpkin • 1 diced potato• salt to taste• 1 TSP turmeric powder and mix it nicely • 1 cup diced brinjal• 1 TSP sugar• 1 TSP red chilli powder• 1 TSP cumin powder• 1 TBSP aata• 2 silted green chillies• 1 TSP roasted cumin powderProcess:• Heat the pan and add 4 TBSP mustard oil• Heat the oil• Add 10 bari(bori) in a pan and fry it and keep it aside • Add 1 1/2 TSP punchfuran and sauté it for a few second • Add 1 cup diced pumpkin and fry it • Add 1 diced potato• Add 250gm malabar spinach• Keep stirring for a min• Add salt to taste• Add 1 TSP turmeric powder and mix it nicely • Add 1 cup diced brinjal• Add 1 TSP sugar• Cover with a lid for 7-8 mints• Add fried bari (bori)• Add ¼ cup of water• Add 1 TSP red chilli powder• Add 1 TSP cumin powder• Cover with a lid until its fully cooked• Add 3 TBSP water • Add 1 TBSP aata• Add 2 silted green chillies• Add 1 TSP roasted cumin powder• Mix it nicely • Serve hot with paratha or rice==================================================please like & subscribe and comment what you like and what you didnt like.
