A quick and easy recipe of dosa made with kolam rice, sago and puffed rice.QUICK DOSA Ingredients2 cup kolam rice, soaked1 cup sago, soaked1 cup puffed riceSalt to tasteA pinch sugar ¼ teaspoon fruit saltOil as required Method1. Grind together the rice and sago into a smooth batter using water as required. Add puffed rice and grind it again. Transfer into a bowl.2. Add salt, sugar, fruit salt and mix well. Adjust the consistency of the batter with water as required. Set aside covered for an hour.3. Heat a non-stick pan. Spread a ladleful of the batter into a dosa, drizzle oil on the edges and cook, flipping, till fully done.4.
