Radish and Ume Shiso Chicken Sandwich Grill
Serves 2

INGREDIENTS
Daikon Radish: 50g
[A] Ground Chicken: 150g
[A] Umeboshi Paste: 1 tablespoon
[A] Mayonnaise: 1/2 tablespoon
[A] Sake: 1/2 tablespoon
[A] Sugar: 1/2 teaspoon
[A] Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Shiso Leaves: 6
Salad Oil: 1 teaspoon

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, combine [A] ingredients.
2. Place Shiso leaves on thinly sliced daikon radish and add the mixture from step 1, creating a daikon sandwich.
3. Heat salad oil in a frying pan, arrange the daikon sandwiches, and cook over low heat until they get a nice color.
4. Once browned, flip them, add water (2 tablespoons, not included in the [A] ingredients), cover, and steam-cook for 3-4 minutes.
5. Enjoy!
