Ingredients of Punjabi Rajma Recipe
Rajma - 250 grams (soaked and boiled)
Tomato - 3 (puree)
Tej patta -2
Ginger green chili paste - 1 tsp
Haldi powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
A pinch of hing
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp or according to your taste

Method to prepare Punjabi Rajma masala:
Take a kadai, add oil.
Now add tej patta, Haldi powder, ginger green chili paste, and fry well for a min.
Add hing, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, and tomato puree.
Saute well and keep on a medium flame for 10 min.
Now add half rajma and saute with this puree for 5 mins and mash little rajma.
Now add left over rajma and around 1 cup water in which rajma are boiled.
Cover the lid for 5 mins more.
Now your rajma Masala is ready to serve hot.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and sliced tomatoes. This rajma recipe is without onion no garlic
