Serves 5-6
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Sabut mong daal (Whole green lentil) 1 Cup (soaked for 3 hours)
-Lal lobia (Red kidney beans) Cup (soaked overnight)
-Water 1 & litre or as required
-Boiling water as required
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 3 large
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 4 cloves
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 medium
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Kashmiri lal mirch powder (Kashmiri red chilli powder) 1 & tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Garam masala powder tsp
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Makhan (Butter) 3 tbs
-Olpers Dairy Cream Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Olpers Dairy Cream
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced 1-2

Directions:
-In a pot,add whole green lentil,red kidney beans,water,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Remove scum,cover & cook on low flame until tender (approx. 40-45 minutes) (approx.1 cup water should be left).
-Remove head of tomatoes & make cuts with the help of knife.
-In boiling water,add tomatoes & blanch for 4-5 minutes then remove skin.
-In blender jug,add blanched tomatoes,puree tomatoes & set aside.
-In a clay pot,add cooking oil,cumin seeds & mix well.
-Add ginger,garlic,mix well & saut until light golden.
-Add onion,mix well & fry until translucent.
-Add salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,kashmiri red chilli powder,cumin powder, chicken powder,garam masala powder,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add tomato puree,mix well & cook until oil separates (2-3 minutes).
-Add boiled lentil & beans mixture and mix well.
-Mash well with the help of wooden masher.
-Add water and mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes.
-Turn off the flame,add butter,cream & mix well.
-Turn on the flame,add fresh coriander,cover & simmer on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Garnish with cream,fresh coriander,ginger,green chilli,butter & serve!

Directions:
-Pot mein sabut mong daal,lal labia aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
-Scum ko remove ker lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (approx. 40-45 minutes) (approx.1 cup water should be left).
-Tamatar ka head ko remove ker lein aur kinfe ki madad sa cuts laga lein.
-Boiling water mein tamatar dal ker 4-5 minutes kliya blanch per lein phir skin ko remove ker lein.
-Blender jug mein blanched tamatar dal dein aur puree tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Clay pot mein cooking oil aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Adrak aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur light golden hunay tak saut ker lein.
-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur translucent hunay fry ker lein.
-Namak,haldi powder,lal mirch powder,dhania powder,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,zeera powder,chicken powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Tomato puree dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Boiled lentil & beans mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Wooden masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein,makhan aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha on karein,hara dhania dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.
-Cream,hara dhania,adrak,hari mirch aur butter dal ker serve karein!
