Rice Ball with Fried Shrimp
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
4 frozen fried shrimp (deep fried)
2 tablespoons noodle soup base (aka mentsuyu)
2 bowls steamed rice
Lettuce, as need
1 roasted dried seaweed sheet

PREPARATION
1. Microwave the fried shrimp according to the package instructions.
2. Add some mentsuyu over the fried shrimp (1).
3. Cut the seaweed sheet into 4 equal pieces. Put the rice, the lettuce and the fried shrimp (2) on each seaweed piece. Wrap them all together.
4. Enjoy!
