Rice Balls with Crab Sticks
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
A
20g crab sticks
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon miso
Chopped scallions, as needed
200g steamed rice
Rice seasonings (aka Furikake)
2 sheets dried seaweed (aka Yakinori)

PREPARATION
1. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl.
2. Mix the rice with the seasonings. Shape the rice into a ball (or a triangle) with (1) in the middle.
3. Wrap the rice ball with dried seaweed.
4. Enjoy!
