Rice Cooker Mutton Biryani with Aiken Chia #shorts

We taught @AIKEN CHIA how to cook our easy Rice Cooker Mutton Dum Biryani recipe and it turned out a SUCCESS.

Ingredients:
1kg Mutton
1 tbsp Grated ginger
1 tbsp Grated garlic
1 tbsp Turmeric
1 tbsp Garam Marsala
1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
250g Yoghurt
3 Green chillies
1 handfull Coriander (chopped)
1 handfull Mint (chopped)
1 tbsp Ghee
Salt
5 Cardamom
5 Cloves
1 Cinnamon
6 Shallots (sliced)
300ml Water

500g Basmati Rice
500g Water
5 Cardamom
5 Cloves
1 Cinnamon
Salt
Mint Leaves
Fried Onions
Ghee

Steps:
1. In a large mixing bowl, add ginger, garlic, turmeric, Garam marsala. Red chilli powder. Yoghurt, green chillies, coriander, mint and ghee. Mix evenly
2. Add mutton and coat evenly.
3. Marinate for 30 minutes.
4. In a wide pot over medium heat, add 2 tbsp cooking oil, add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and shallots. Stir fry until fragrant.
5. Add mutton marinate and mix evenly. Stir fry until fragrant.
6. Add 300ml of water. Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 2 hours.
7. In a rice cooker, add washed rice, water, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon salt and mix well. Leave to cook.
8. In the last 10 minutes of cooking add scoop out rice and later in biryani with mint, fried shallots and ghee. Leave to continue cooking.
9. Serve hot.
