Rice Paper Peach Pie
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 sheets of rice paper
A
1 egg
3 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar

1 peach (peeled and sliced into 8 pieces)

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, mix together A.
2. Dip one sheet of rice paper into (1).
3. Place the dipped rice paper on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and arrange the peach slices in a clockwise direction on top of it.
4. Cover the peach slices with the remaining sheet of rice paper from (2). Preheat the oven to 200C and bake for 20 minutes.
5. Enjoy!
