Rice Paper Wraps with Cabbage & Cheese
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
100g cabbage (cut into 1cm pieces)
A
2 slices ham
Shredded cheese, as needed
4 rice paper wrappers

PREPARATION
1. Put the cabbage in a heat-proof bowl. Cover with a food wrap. Microwave for 2 minutes at 600W. Squeeze out the liquid.
2. Dip each rice paper wrapper in the water. Wrap the cabbage (1), the ham, and the cheese in the wrapper.
3. Bake in the toaster oven until crispy.
4. Enjoy!
