INGREDIENTS
1 frozen puff pastry sheet
30g strawberry jam

PREPARATION
1. With a rolling pin, roll out the frozen puff pastry sheet. Cut into halves.
2. Cut (1) into 3 equal parts but keep the top part together. Braid and roll the
pastry sheet to make a rose shape.
3. Place (2) on a baking tray lined with a parchment paper. Bake in the oven
(preheated to 180C/ 356F) for 20 minutes. Let them cool. Spread the
strawberry jam on pies.
4. Enjoy!

*The parchment paper needs to be heat-proofed for 180C/ 356F: 20 minutes.
