Sabudana Vada | Upvas Sabudana Vada Recipe | Vrat/Fasting | Crispy Sabudana Vada

Ingredient:
• Sabudana 1 Cup
• 1 ½ Grated Boiled potatoes
• ½ TBSP ginger paste
• Chopped Chilies
• Chopped Chilies
• Sendha Salt as per taste
• Cumin Seeds 1 TSP
• Curry Leaves
• Ghee
• Oil
Process:
• Soak 1Cup Sabudana in water 3-4 hours
• Take a big bowl and add Sabudana
• Add grated boiled potatoes
• Add ½ TBSP ginger paste
• Add Chopped Chilies
• Add Coriander Leaves
• Add Sendha Salt as per taste
• Add Cumin Seeds 1 TSP
• Mix it nicely
• Add Curry Leaves and mix it
• Roll the mixture into small ball and give tikki shape.
• Add oil and Ghee in a pan for deep fry
• Deep fry till they turn crispy and brown in color
