LOCAL HOUSE IN KHONOMA VILLAGEADDRESS: KHONOMA VILLAGESTICKY RICE BREAD: Mix flour made out of wheat and rice paste, water and form it into a dough, then deep fry this with mustard or refined oil for 3-4 minutes.BEANS: Pre-soak the beans for 2-3 hours. To a pot with water, add bamboo shoot, ginger, pork fat, chili, salt and garlic. Boil for 30 minutes. PUFFED RICE WITH SESAME: Roast the sesame and grind it using a pounder in a bowl until it turns into a paste. Grinding takes 1 hour to extract the oil out of it. Add rice to a frying pan and dry fry the rice, stirring it for 5-6 minutes over a good fire. Scoop it onto a plate and add local sesame. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 2.
