Ingredients:
100g Angel Hair Pasta/Capellini
3 tsp Shio Kombu
4 tbsp Black truffle oil (or White if you prefer)
1 tbsp Shoyu

Toppings:
2 Large Hokkaido Scallops, sashimi grade
20g Uni
Caviar
Gold Flakes (optional)
