Sheep Cream Cheese Matcha Muffins
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
50g cream cheese
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
100ml heavy cream
cupcakes, as needed
small marshmallows, as needed
white chocolate candy (ball-shaped), as needed
chocolate pen, as needed
cashew nuts, as needed

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
2. Gradually add heavy cream, mixing well after each addition, until stiff peaks form using a whisk.
3. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and pipe onto the cupcakes.
4. Attach halved marshmallows onto the cupcakes.
5. Use a chocolate pen to draw faces on the white chocolate candies.
6. Decorate the cupcakes with the faces from (5) and cashew nuts to resemble sheep.
7. Enjoy!
