Shiitake Snacks
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
6 shiitake mushrooms
2 tablespoons potato starch
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
A
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon mirin
1/4 teaspoon grated garlic

PREPARATION
1. Cut the shiitake stems off and then cut into halves. Dust with potato starch.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan on medium. Place (1) and cook until golden.
3. Add all of the ingredients A into the pan (2) and simmer. Serve with shichimi peppers if you like.
4. Enjoy!
