Shrimp Shumai
Ingredients(Makes 10 dumplings)
10 shrimp
100g ground pork
1/3 onion
1 tsp sake
1 tsp potato starch
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/3 tsp salt

Directions
1. Peel and clean the shrimp, and chop the onion into small pieces.
2. Sprinkle sake and salt (not listed) onto the shrimp, then dredge in potato starch.
3. In a bowl, combine the pork, onion, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, and salt.
4. Wrap 2 with 3.
5. Add water to a frying pan, cover with parchment paper and bring to a boil. Once it comes to a boil, add 4 and cook for 7 minutes.
