Sindhi Aloo Tuk Recipe | Aloo Tuk | Crispy Sindhi Aloo Tuk | Crispy Fried Aloo | Scroll Recipe
Ingredient:
250gm Baby Potatoes
oil for deep fry
• ¼ Cup Coriander Leaves in a Bowl
• Dried mango powder 1 TSP
• 2 TSP Red Chilli Powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 TSP Roasted Coriander Powder
• Add ½ Lemon Juice
Process:
Step 1:
• Boil 250 gm Baby Potatoes
• Add oil for deep fry and Heat the oil
• Add boiled potatoes and half fry
• Lightly press the potatoes.
• Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
• Deep fry the potatoes on medium heat till they become crisp and golden.
Step 2:
• Add ¼ Cup Coriander Leaves in a Bowl
• Add Dried mango powder 1 TSP
• Add 2 TSP Red Chilli Powder
• Add Salt to taste
• Add Fried Potatoes
• Add 1 TSP Roasted Coriander Powder
• Add ½ Lemon Juice
• Mix It nicely
• Black Salt
• Serve hot.
