SINGAPORE HAWKER FOOD Bosphorus Turkish Kebap Golden Mile Food Centre

Mr Oktay, a fun-loving Turkish man, has stayed in Singapore for 20 years. He is the sixth generation of his family of Turkish Kebap food makers, and recently joined the league of hawkers at Golden Mile Food Centre in Aug 2021. The first sight at his stall is a grandiose kebap grill machine, rotating about smoky marinated chicken.

With loads of experience in Turkish cuisine business in several Asian countries, Mr Oktay whips up plates of delicious Chicken Kebap with pasta, butter rice, salad, and fries.

On top of the Chicken Kebap, dont forget to try out his Baklava, a popular dessert from Turkey!

Did u know?
It is believed that kebap originated from soldiers grilling chunks of meat skewed on swords in open field fires.
