We are here at Bishan. The Bishan foodshop has a confectionary that sells breads and cakes till 1.30 am in the morning. You can take bus number 18,52,54,88,162,410 to come to this place. If it is for supper, probably you will drive here or take a cab here.
We are going to block 284 KPT Coffeeshop to eat kway chap and minced meat noodles.
The name of this stall is called 284. Their kway chap is sold in the evening. You can customize the dishes you want. There are large intestines, small intestines, eggs, pig skin, pork belly, tau kwa etc. This plate of food with two bowls of kway cost $9 for two person. Their prices are very affordable. The food is not exactly the best but it is fairly decent. I mean where can you find kway chap at such hour.
Ding Ji has several outlets and it is managed by Fei Siong group. This stall at Bishan opens 24 hours. Basically there are the $3.50 minced meat noodles, the $5 signature minced meat noodles and $8 fish maw soup and noodles.
The $5 and $8 minced meat noodles with a bowl of noodles and a separate bowl of soup. The soup is very good and flavourful. The only difference between the two minced meat noodles is that the $8 minced meat noodles has a few fish maw in it. Ding Jis soup is more of a refreshing change as there are even wolfberries put in it.
Many people compared this stalls minced meat noodles with that of Seng Kee at Serangoon Garden Market. Personally, I still prefer Seng Kees minced meat noodles as I find that the broth is more strongly flavoured than Ding Jis one. To know more about Seng Kees minced meat noodles, you can go to my video on Serangoon Garden Market. Click on the link above or in the description.

This KPT coffeeshop offers two very popular dishes for supper. I am surprised that even though it is very late, there are still many people having supper here. If you wish to eat supper with your friends, this is quite an affordable place to have supper.
