Sleeping Bear Chocolate Pastry

INGREDIENTS
1 frozen puff pastry sheet
4 bear shaped cookies
4 chocolate pieces
1 egg yolk

PREPARATION
1. Cut the frozen puff pastry sheet into quarters.Roll out the puff pastry sheet. Place chocolate and bear cookies on top.
2. Fold in the sheet. Press the fork down onto the sheet to close.
3. Apply the egg wash on (2). Bake in the oven (preheated to 200C/392F) for 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Enjoy!
