Ingredients:
1.2kg Thomas Foods Supreme Range Bone-in Lamb Shoulder

Marinade:
2 tbsp Five spice powder
2 tbsp Cumin
2 tbsp White pepper
3 tbsp Sugar
4 tbsp Light soy sauce
2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
3 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tbsp Chinese rice wine
6 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce

Serve with creamy mashed potatoes
Garnish with coriander
