Over To You is a brand new series that we're trying where we invite foodies to share a recipe, cook and eat with us. Starting us off is Hamzi Arif, barista extraordinaire and Muslim-BBQ enthusiast.

He shows off his skills with this easy recipe that mimics low n slow basics of barbecue by using an Instant Pot pressure cooker. Keeping the classic barbecue flavours of smoked lamb ribs. Showing homage to his roots, he incorporates East-Asian flavours of furikake and miso into this delicious meal.

Ingredients
Brine:
2kg (approx. 1kg per rack) Lamb Ribs
1.5L Water
15-20ml Liquid Smoke
150ml Molasses
4 tbsp (adjust to taste) Smoked Salt

Rub:
2-3 tbsp Hot Mustard
cup Furikake

Miso Apple Slaw:
head Chinese Cabbage
2 whole (sliced into strips) Red apples
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Miso
Juice of Lime

Avo-Lime Sauce:
cup Greek Yoghurt
2 tbsp Honey
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 whole Ripe Avocados
Juice of 1 Lime
