Somen Noodle with Lemons
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
200g somen noodle
1 to 2 lemons
1 tablespoon olive oil
Ice, as needed
A
200ml noodle dashi base
300m water

PREPARATION
1. Wash lemons. (Rub with salt if needed.) Slice them.
2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Turn off the heat 30 seconds after adding the some noodle into the pot. Let it sit for 5 minutes with a lid on.
3. Drain the somen noodle and rinse with running water.
4. Put noodle dashi base, water, and the somen noodle (3) in a bowl. Place all lemon slices on top. Add some olive oil
5. Enjoy!
