Somen Noodle with Shabu-shabu
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 bunches somen noodle
100g pork slices (for shabu-shabu)
Hot water, as needed
A
400ml water
1 tablespoon chicken dashi powder
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/3 teaspoon salt
Black pepper, as needed

1/2 cucumber
Shredded leeks (aka Shiraganegi), as needed
White sesame, as needed
Sesame oil, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Cook the somen noodle and pork in the hot water. Cool in the iced water and drain well.
2. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl.
3. Place the somen, the pork (1), and julienned cucumber on a plate. Pour (2). Put Shiraganegi and white sesame on top. Add some sesame oil.
4. Enjoy!
