Somen Noodles with Sesame Soy Milk Sauce
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
A
400ml soy milk
100ml noodle dashi base (aka mentsuyu)
1 tablespoon miso
1 teaspoon grated garlic
2 tablespoons crushed sesame seeds
Chili oil, as needed

2 bunches somen noodles
Chopped scallions, as needed
2 porched eggs (or soft boiled eggs)

PREPARATION
1. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl. Chill in the refrigerator.
2. Place cooked somen noodles on a plate. Pour (1) over the noodles.
3. Put the chopped scallions and the egg on top.
4. Enjoy!
