INGREDIENTS

200ml soy milk
2 tablespoons sugar

30g potato starch

Cocoa powder, as needed
Maple syrup, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Heat soy milk and sugar (A) in a pan on medium heat. When sugar is melted, add potato starch. Stir until thickened.
2. Pour (1) into a container. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Cut (2) into bite-size pieces. Serve with B.
3. Enjoy!
