Spaghetti Bolognese from Scratch with Chef Shen #shorts

Fresh Bolognese pasta sauce hits different

Ingredients:
200g Minced pork
200g Minced beef
1 Carrot
1 Onion
3 Celery sticks
400g Tomatoes
60g Tomato paste
1 tbs Dried mixed herbs
1 Bay leaf
250g Milk
60g Fish sauce
15g Sugar

Steps:
Mince the vegetables in the food processor.
Fry of the minced vegetables in olive oil, together with bay leaf and mixed herbs.
Add the mince, fish sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the milk and boil until milk solids form.
Add tomatoes, and tomato paste and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the remaining of the mire poix to the sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
