Quick Easy and simple recipe. #HappyCookingToYouWritten Recipe: https://bit.ly/3eOUivaVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Special Degi Biryani Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Chicken ½ kg-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 2 tsp or to taste-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp-Garam masala powder 1 tsp-Oil ½ Cup-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4-Laung (Cloves) 4-5-Tez paat (Bay leaves) 2-3-Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 1 -Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp-Hari mirch (Green chilies) julienne 3-4-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs-Tamatar (Tomato) 1 small-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup-Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) ½ tsp or as required-Chawal (Rice) Sella ½ kg (soaked & boiled with salt)-Pyaz (Onion) fried 1 medium -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 2-3 tbs-Hari mirch ka achar (Pickled green chilies) 2 tbs-Chawal (Rice) Sella boiled -Pyaz (Onion) fried 1 small-Kewra water 1 tbsDirections:-In chicken,add red chili powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and garam masala powder,mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.-Cut pickled green chilies with the help of kitchen scissor & set aside.-In pot,add oil,green cardamom,cloves,bay leaves,star anise,cumin seeds and mix well.-Now add marinated chicken,green chilies and mix well.-Add ginger garlic paste and mix well for 2-3 minutes then cover and cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes.-Add tomato and salt,mix well and cook until tomatoes are soft.-Add yogurt and mix well,cover and cook for 5 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates.-In yogurt,add yellow food color and mix well & add it in pot.-Cut pickled green chilies with the help of kitchen scissor & set aside.-Add half quantity of boiled rice,fried onion,fresh coriander,mint leaves,pickled green chilies,remaining boiled rice,fried onion and kewra water.-Cover and steam cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Chicken ½ kg-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 2 tsp or to taste-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp-Garam masala powder 1 tsp-Oil ½ Cup-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4-Laung (Cloves) 4-5-Tez paat (Bay leaves) 2-3-Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 1 -Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp-Hari mirch (Green chilies) julienne 3-4-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs-Tamatar (Tomato) 1 small-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup-Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) ½ tsp or as required-Chawal (Rice) Sella ½ kg (soaked & boiled with salt)-Pyaz (Onion) fried 1 medium -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 2-3 tbs-Hari mirch ka achar (Pickled green chilies) 2 tbs-Chawal (Rice) Sella boiled -Pyaz (Onion) fried 1 small-Kewra water 1 tbsDirections:-Chicken mein lal mirch powder,haldee powder,dhania powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 15 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.-Hari mirch ka achar ko kitchen scissor ki madad sa cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Pot mein oil,hari elaichi,laung,tez paat,badiyan ka phool aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Ab marinated chicken aur hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Adrak lehsan paste dal dein aur 2-3 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein phir dhak dein aur halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein.-Hari mirch ka achar ko kitchen scissor ki madad sa cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Tamatar aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tamatar naram hunay tak paka lein.-Dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 5 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag hunay tak paka lein.-Dahi mein zarda ka rang dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur pot mein dal dein.-Hari mirch ka achar ko kitchen scissor ki madad sa cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Boiled chawal ki adhe quantity dal dein,fried pyaz,hara dhania,podina,hari mirch ka achar,remaining boiled chawal,fried pyaz aur kewra water dal dein.-Dhak dein aur 8-10 minutes kliya halki ancch per steam cook ker lein.
