Spicy Chicken Noodle Vegetable Soup | मसालेदार चिकन नूडल सब्जी का सूप | Chef Harpal Singh | chefharpalsingh

Noodle/Pasta Soup is a heatlhy soup with lots of vegetables and Chicken, best taken when you are on a diet or you are a health freak. Go ahead enjoy this soup perfect for Monsoon and Winters.

Spicy Chicken Noodle Vegetables Soup

Ingredient Quantity
Oil 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Green chilli slit 3-4 no.
Carrot Julienne 1 no. (Small)
French Beans julienne 4-5 no.
Onion slice 1 no. (Small)
Chicken Breast cut into julienne 2 no.
Cabbage julienne ¼ no.
Capsicum julienne 1 no. (Small)
Water 8 cups
Soya sauce 1½ tsp
Red chilli sauce 3 tsp
Vinegar 3 tsp
Salt to taste
Seasoning powder 1 tsp
Noodles boiled 1 cup
Corn flour 4 tsp
Spring Onion chopped for garnish

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies slits, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
2. Add carrot, french beans and onion slice, mix well and sauté for 2-3 min.
3. Add chicken, mix well and sauté for 4-5 min.
4. Add cabbage, capsicum, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
5. Add water, mix well.
6. Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, salt and seasoning powder, mix well and bring the soup to boil.
7. Add boiled noodles to the soup and mix well.
8. Meanwhile make slurry of corn flour by adding little water. Keep it aside.
9. When soup is starting boil, add corn starch slurry and mix well and bring to boil again.
10. Switch off the flame, remove soup in bowl, garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
