Spring Onion Soup
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
1 onion
10g butter
50g bacon (cut into bite-sized pieces)
A
300ml water
1 teaspoon consomm stock powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 cherry tomatoes
Black pepper, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Peel the onion and cut into halves. Insert tooth picks into the onion halves.
2. Heat the butter on medium heat. Cook the onions (1) and bacon pieces.
When both sides are golden, add all of the ingredients A into the pan and
simmer.
3. Add cherry tomatoes. Simmer with a lid on for 10 minutes. Remove the tooth
picks. Season with black pepper. Add chopped parsley if you like.
4. Enjoy!
