Stir-fried Pork with Garlic Scapes
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
4 garlic scapes
Sliced chili peppers, as needed
100g thin pork slices (shredded)
1 teaspoon potato starch
Salt, a pinch
1 teaspoon vegetable oil

1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sake

PREPARATION
1. Cut the garlic scapes into 3cm pieces. Pass each garlic scape piece into the hole of chili pepper. Make some slits on garlic scapes. Leave them in the water for 10 minutes.

2. Season the pork with salt and coat with potato starch.

3. Put the vegetable oil into a pan and stir-fry the pork (2). Add the garlic scapes (1) and all of the ingredients A into the pan and simmer.

4. Enjoy!
