We had a great time at the beach. Weather was a bit windy though, as you can proberbly tell by the sound, but we decided to keep the original natural sounds, from the spot... because we like orignal natural sounds :-) Location is the coast on Mols , DenmarkThe recepie for your own "Foraging pesto" is here:You will need:1 Big handfuld of edible herbs from the beach - We found and used Sea Rocket, Seeds from Grass Leaved Orache, Sea Plantain and Sea beet. But you can use others after season, taste and foraging skills.3 tablespoons of pine nuts.3-4 tablespoons of oliveoil50 grams of parmesan cheese1 clove of garlicSalt and pepperHow to: No fancy moves - just chop everything up and grind it together in a mortar - add more oil if the pesto is to thick. Serve with fresh pasta or on a piece of bread.It goes with anything and is an easy way to use different herbs.
