Mix butter and powdered sugar in a bowl. Add flour and almond powder into the bowl . Mix until well combined. Cover the bowl with a food wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.2. Roll out the dough (1) thinly. Cut into halves. Cut out hearts with a half dough. Place the other half on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.3. Spread the strawberry jam on the dough (2) and place the hearts on it.4. Bake in the oven (preheated to 190C/ 374F) for 20 minutes. Put some powdered sugar as you like. 5.
