Stuffed Shiitake Mushrooms
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
6 shiitake mushrooms
A
100g ground pork
1 tablespoon sake
1/4 teaspoon salt
Pepper, as needed
Flour, as needed
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
B
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon mirin
1 teaspoon sugar

PREPARATION
1. Cut the shiitake stems off and chop them.
2. Mix and knead the chopped stems (1) with all of the ingredients A in a bowl
3. Dust the inside the shiitake mushrooms with flour. Stuff (2) in them.
4. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan on medium. Place (2) and cook until golden. Flip the shiitake mushrooms and cook with a lid until done. Add all of the ingredients B into the pan and simmer. Add some chopped scallion on top.
5. Enjoy!
