Here I am coming to you from the delightful little town of Bivongi, Calabria. The inhabitants not only made me feel right at home, but also brought an amazing array of delicious local dishes. This is one of them - a wonderful summer salad with tomatoes, anchovies, eggs and capers. This salad is easily doubled for a larger crowd. It can be made a few hours ahead, but add the eggs right before serving so they dont cloud up the dressing.
