Super Crispy Pork Belly
Serves 2

INGREDIENTS
500g pork belly block
[A] 1 teaspoon salt
[A] 10g ginger

PREPARATION
1. Cut the pork belly into thick slices and pierce the surface of the meat all over with a fork or similar utensil.
2. Arrange the pork belly slices in a frying pan and add enough water to cover them.
Cover the pan and heat over medium heat.
3. Once the pork belly slices are tender enough for a fork to easily penetrate them (usually after simmering for a while), remove them from the pan. Discard the cooking liquid.
4. After cleaning the frying pan used in step 4, return the pork belly slices to it and heat over medium heat until both sides are crispy and golden.
5. Once the pork belly is crispy, it's ready to serve!
6. Enjoy!
