Easy and quick to prepare, this typical chinese food - stir fry pork with mushroom recipe makes for the perfect weekday dinner dish! It's packed with gingerly goodness and mushrooms loaded with flavour from the broth. All we're missing is a warm bowl of rice.

This recipe is so versatile too! Swap out the pork and mushrooms with your favourites and voila, it's a whole new dish.

Ingredients here
380g Pork shoulder (sliced thinly into shreds)
30g Ginger (sliced thinly into match-sticks)
1 tbsp Minced garlic
75g Shimeji mushrooms
75g Oyster mushrooms
3 tbsp Sesame oil
Cornstarch solution (1 tbsp cornstarch with 1 tbsp water)
2 tbsp Light soy sauce
1 tsp Mushroom seasoning
tsp Sugar
3 tbsp Shaoxing wine
