Sweet and Spicy Spiral Chikuwa Grill
Serves 2

INGREDIENTS
2 chikuwa (tube-shaped fish cake)
1 teaspoon salad oil
A
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
Finely chopped parsley (for garnish)

PREPARATION
1. Cut each chikuwa in half lengthwise. Roll each half from one end to the other and secure both ends with toothpicks. Cut the rolled chikuwa in half at the center.
2. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the prepared chikuwa on both sides. Add the mixed [A] ingredients to the pan and coat the chikuwa in the sauce.
3. Place the cooked chikuwa on a plate and, Sprinkle chopped parsley on top, and it's ready to serve!
4. Enjoy!
